Employees opt in by providing their mobile number to Sanico USA and agreeing to the following consent, which is presented to them in writing on the SMS consent page of the Sanico company manual and on this page: "By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive work-related text messages from Sanico USA Corp., including payroll and timesheet reminders, job schedules, job-site information and photos. Consent is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Employees may also opt in by texting START to (626) 726-4260. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
