P I LO T

CH EM I C A L c o M P A NY Dear Valued Customer,

We're going further

March 16, 2020

We want to let you know that 32 of our products have been added to the EPA's newly expanded list of EPA-registered disinfectant products that have qualified for use against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

The EPA is to be commended for its quick action to fast-track production of needed disinfectants and other products from private indus try. Like other corporate citizens, Pilot Chemical stands united with the

U.S. government and its industry peers to align and act for the greatest good of our communities, our employees and our country.

Pilot Chem ical Corp.'s Mason Chemical Company line of products offers a broad range of high-quality EPA-registered hard surface disinfectants under the Maquat® and Maguard® brands to help our customers offer effective formulated products to meet rapidly changing market needs.

While disinfectant products on this list have not been tested specifically against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19, they are expected to be effective against SARS-CoV-2 because they have been tested and proven effective on another human coronavirus like SARS-CoV-2. They include the Maquat MN series, the Maquat NHQ series, Maquat 7-series, and the Maquat PD series. Also included in the portfolio are the Maguard 5626 and Maguard 1522 based on Peracetic acid. The expanded EPA list now includes the Mason products outlined below.

Pilot Chemical stands ready to meet the market demand for these products. We take very seriously the important role that proper disinfecting, sanitizing and cleaning play as our country mobilizes to combat this serious public health threat.

As always, we remain committed to serving you and appreciate your support of Pilot Chemical. Regards,

March 20, 2020

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to let you know that 6 of our products have been added to the EPA's newly expanded list of EPA-registered disinfectant products that have qualified for use against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

The EPA is to be commended for its quick action to fast-track production of needed disinfectants and other products from private industry. Like other corporate citizens, American Cleaning Solutions stands united with the U.S. government and its industry peers to align and act for the greatest good of our communities , our employees and our country.

Our ACS disinfectant formulations our made using Pilot Chemical Corp.'s Mason Chemical Company primary registrations of broad range high-quality EPA-registered hard surface disinfectants under the Maquat® brand. As per the EPA website, these products may be marketed and sold under different brand names, but if they have the same EPA registration number, they are the same product.

While disinfectant products on this list have not been tes ted specifically against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19, they are expected to be effective against SARS-CoV-2 because they have been tested and proven effective on another human coronavirus like SARS-CoV-2.

ACS stands ready to meet the market demand for these products. We take very seriously the important role that proper disinfecting, sanitizing and cleaning play as our country mobilizes to combat this serious public health threat.

As always, we remain committed to serving you and appreciate your support of ACS.
